What
do you get when you have a community of people
with busy lives, aging cars, and great spiritual
and economical needs? An opportunity to serve
in the name of Jesus and further the Kingdom of
God! In 2000, Oil Partner was founded by
Integra Ventures and a group of Canadian investors
in Slovakia. Oil Partner aims to serve the community
by providing convenient and honest car maintenance
services, opportunities for employees to develop
both spiritually and professionally, jobs for
disadvantaged youth, and by generating resources
for Christian missions in Eastern Europe.
Today
there are three Oil Partner stations in Slovakia, but the concept of a quick car maintenance and
oil change service in this area is new. In a society
where people tend to distrust others and where
corruption and confusing bureaucracy run rampant,
a business that provides services promptly, accurately,
and without an appointment is a refreshing experience.
Oil Partner provides all the services needed for
car maintenance and support in Slovakia 's upcoming
and mobile society.
Not
only are we able to display the love and integrity
of Jesus Christ through Oil Partner's business
practices, but we are also able to provide hope
and opportunity for employees. Each station provides
10 new jobs for local residents and reserves three
of those specifically for troubled youth. This
allows Oil Partner to extend a hand to those recovering
from drug addictions and other struggles. Employees
are mentored in professional matters as well as
spiritual and life issues.

had encouraging reports of Oil Partner's employees:

policies are impacting entire communities!
Today,
Oil Partner provides financial stability for Integra's
ministries in Eastern Europe. The stations commit
at least 5% of net income every year towards Integra's
programs and it is planned that income generated
by Oil Partner will cover 25% of Integra ministry
financial needs by 2010. Planning for the future
responsibly honors the Lord and helps ensure that
Integra will continue to spread the Gospel and
serve those in need.
As
we look to the future and wisely prepare for what
God has down the road, we realize that for Oil
Partner to expand and grow into the
next phase, we will need to join with a real estate
investor and equity partners, and receive long-term
loans. Oil Partner hopes to expand into other
areas of Eastern Europe, including the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Romania over the next 3-5
years. Please pray that the Lord would continue
to use this ministry to further His Kingdom and
