Across Central and Eastern Europe, thousands of children are abandoned or orphaned every year. Inadequate societal or governmental infrastructures provide minimal resources to care for these unwanted, lonely kids. Poor families sometimes have no choice but to yield control of children to mismanaged, dangerous, state-run facilities. 

Integra Bulgaria’s leadership, in partnership with the private foundation of European soccer superstar and U.S. national team coach Jurgen Klinsmann, took the initiative to launch an orphans training center in the Sofia, Bulgaria, area. The center teaches basic life skills and provides practical business training for junior high and high school age orphan children. The vision for the center is to prepare these youth for life beyond the orphanages, while introducing them to Christ and a faithful walk with Him.
